General Mills Big G Cereal Wars Yodasnews Giveaway!

Yodasnews and General Mills Big G cereals have teamed up, to bring you an awesome giveaway to celebrate the launch of  “Cereal Wars” and give you a chance to win an Exclusive Studio Scale Star Corps Trooper Helmet Replica from Lucasfilm.

General Mills Big G cereals now include eight collectable figure pens; featuring various characters from Star Wars from now until the end of the year. Participating brands include: Honey Nut Cheerios, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Reese’s Puffs, Golden Grahams, Cocoa Puffs, Trix, and Lucky Charms.

Character pens include include Darth Vader, Yoda, Chewbacca, Clone Trooper, Mace Windu, Obi Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker and Jango Fett. To kick off the promotion, General Mills is creating Star Wars-inspired “Edible Episodes” using the pens that will be posted to their Tumblr page, which is now live at this link.  To enter our contest and get the ideas rolling for the launch of Cereal Wars, please submit your video idea via our Twitter, Facebook or Instagram pages!

EXAMPLE:

You create your own idea for a short video (one that may, if chosen, be made into a Vine or Instagram video, to be posted to the Cereal Wars Tumblr page) involving the Star Wars character pens. It could be an original scene using the pen characters, or it could be a recreation of your favorite scene from the series!

The entry time to post your idea starts on 11/13/2013 and ends on 11/22/2013 at 6pm EST. ONE winner will be selected the week of 12/2/2013.
